Keeping my sanity

I’ve recently been trying to get everything together, but for some reason, I keep failing. I want to spend a huge amount of time with my loved ones, get enough sleep, eat healthy, workout, blog and inspire. I want to do all that and keep the sanity of my mind. Is that too much to ask?

And since I’m now an 8-4 working person ~Thank God for that~, plus spending 1-3 hours in traffic daily, I’ve been cramming everything I want to do and who I want to see till the weekends.

Is it normal, to not have any energy to do any fun stuff after work? BUT how can some people work, take their kids to school, inspire and work out?! (I am in awe of their power!)

I need your advice on this.
